Giftcord ("us", "we", or "our") operates the https://giftcord.xyz website and the Giftcord Discord Bot (the "Service") with Discord ID "570338970261782559".

Data Collected

We store the following data:

• Snowflakes: In order to work correctly, Giftcord will only store the Discord Snowflakes of the host, message, channel and server (guild) during an active giveaway.
• Giveaways: Giveaways store the Discord User ID of the host and the Unique IDs of the message that the giveaway is linked to, the channel and the server (guild) that the giveaway is active in. All of this data is publicly available information via Discord.
• Servers: Servers store the Unique ID of the server as well whether or not the server is subscribed to our premium for the benefit of the server and the Service.

Storage Length

All giveaways are automatically removed from our database after 7 days of being ended. Giveaway and server data is deleted upon request.

Servers are deleted from our database upon removal of the bot, but can be manually deleted with the bot still present in the server.

Discloser of Data

We have no need to give your information to any 3rd party source, unless we are in belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights of Giftcord
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
• Protect against legal liability

In order to request the deletion of your data, whether it being a giveaway or a server please email [email protected] or join our support Discord server and directly message a developer to request the deletion of data.

To request a collection of your data, please email [email protected] or join our support Discord server and directly message a developer. It could take upto a month to collect your requested data and you will be contacted once completed.
